User Data is collected to allow the Controller to provide its Services, as well as for the following specific purposes related to software integrated into the site:

  • Management of contacts and requests (FluentForms)
    The site uses the FluentForms system to allow users to send messages or information requests. Data entered by the user in the forms is sent via email to Motorlaghi and is saved and stored within the website database for a period of approximately 1 year, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
    Personal Data collected: Name, Email, Phone, and any other information voluntarily provided.
  • Car rental and online payments (Booqable)
    For the management of vehicle rentals and related payments, the site utilizes the third-party service Booqable. During booking, to complete the rental and enter payment details, the user interacts with Booqable’s servers. Transactional data is subject to Booqable’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, to which you should refer.
